Mission
The arts are an essential component for the development and well being of all people. Main Street Art is dedicated to providing a place of education where children, teens, adults and seniors can come together to experience, appreciate and participate in the arts in an environment where creative efforts are shared and made accessible to everyone.

History
Main Street Art was founded in 2008 by a group of Newfields residents interested in promoting arts in the community.
Board of Directors
The Main Street Art Board of Directors is made up of several Seacoast area residents who are passionate about the arts and bringing art into local communities. Members on the board come from a variety of backgrounds, including accomplished artists and quilters, to jewelry makers and knitters to finance and marketing. Together, the Main Street Art Board of Directors has brought about a vision and made it a reality.
Opportunities
If you are interested in being a part of Main Street Art either by serving on the Board of Directors, Chairing a committee, or serving on a committee. Please contact Natalie Fream or Debbie Thompson at mainstreetart@newfieldsart.org or call 603-580-5835. We are looking to round out our board with an accountant and a volunteer coordinator.
Employment
Main Street Art is currently seeking artists who are interested in teaching classes. Please send your resume and/or contact information, specifying what types of classes you would like to teach and what age groups you would like to work with, to Main Street Art.
